Here’s what to expect when you work with our residential and commercial interior design studio.

1. Discovery & Briefing

We listen, observe, and ask the right questions.

The process begins with a discovery call or in-person meeting to explore your vision, space, and needs. This is your opportunity to share ideas, challenges, and aspirations - while we begin to understand your personal style or brand identity.

For residential clients, we’ll discuss how you live, what inspires you, and how your home can better serve you. For commercial clients, we focus on function, user experience, and brand expression.

2. Concept Design

The creative foundation of your project.

We develop a design concept that brings your brief to life - often including moodboards, spatial strategies, initial layouts, and material suggestions. This phase explores atmosphere, tone, and flow. You’ll begin to see how your future space could look and feel.

We balance creativity with practicality - ensuring the concept reflects your goals, architecture, and budget.

3. Design Development

Detail and refinement.

Once the concept is approved, we move into detailed design. This includes finalising layouts, lighting plans, finishes, joinery details, and furniture selections. For commercial projects, we may also incorporate brand touchpoints and compliance elements.

You’ll receive a comprehensive design presentation with samples, drawings, and 3D visuals (if required), so you can feel fully confident in every element.

4. Procurement & Planning

Turning design into reality.

We manage the procurement of furnishings, fittings, and finishes - working with trusted suppliers and artisans to ensure quality, timelines, and cohesion.

We also liaise with contractors, architects, and consultants as needed. Our design studio offers full-service project coordination or design oversight depending on your needs and level of involvement.

5. Installation & Styling

Bringing it all together.

This is where the magic happens! We oversee the final installation of all design elements, ensuring everything is delivered, placed, and styled to plan. It’s where the space comes to life - and all the thinking, designing, and planning pays off!

We layer in the finishing touches to create a space that feels effortless, expressive, and completely your own.
